All I can say is renne is just not a realtor she is a friend . She sold out home in deltona 3 years ago when the market was a tough sell . She helped us purchase a home in lake Mary that we really liked . Now 3 years later we are selling again our home in lake Mary sold in 30 days and we purchased another bigger home with a pool that we really wanted . All I can say is if u want a realtor that works for you always calls u back or texts u right away works day and night to get the deal done and mostly she is a really good person and someone I call a friend then please choose renne because she truly is the best and truly cares about you just not selling or buying a home for you .
